Girls will get to listen to real-life female career heroes from their communities who will share stories about their jobs and how they have become successful. This event will empower girls and inspire them to believe in themselves and the women in their lives.
Every girl attending will receive a special “I can be…” Girl Scout Daisy and Brownie booklet with activities and games about jobs, job skills, and dreaming big! By attending the event and completing the booklet, every girl will earn their free “Barbie-Be Anything, Do Everything” fun patch sponsored by Mattel.
All current Girl Scouts are welcome to register, but this event is too important to keep to ourselves! So, in order to register, you will also need to register a friend who is not currently a Girl Scout. So, find a non-Girl Scout girl friend in K-3rd grade, and invite her to come with you. Once you have found a girl to bring with you, call Dawn at our office to reserve spots for you and your friend. You will need to tell us your friend’s full name, age, phone number, and address where we can send her confirmation letter. To register, please call Dawn at 1.800.736.5243 x2308.
